Preferred nickname for moneyMe account.

Name of subscriber as written on identity card or passport.

STEP 1 : Type the following SMS command :

STEP 2 :SEND to : 32332
 
STEP 3 : You will receive a message from your telecommunication provider.
For example Maxis will send the following message :
 
STEP 4 : Subscriber will receive another message from moneyMe.
 
STEP 5 : Subscriber to type the following SMS command.
PROFILE<space><PIN>+<Secret Name>+<Nickname>+<Full Name>+<IC No. or Passport No.>
 
STEP 6 : SEND to : 32332
 
STEP 7 : Sender will receive a confirmation SMS
 

STEP 8: To confirm the registration details, type the following command and send to 32332.

Y<space><PIN>

*Sender is allowed to cancel the registration.

 

STEP 9 : Once registration has been confirmed, you will receive succcessful SMS

STEP 3 : Once you have deregistered, you will receive confirmation via sms.

STEP 3 : Upon successful remittance, sender will receive a successful SMS.
 

STEP 4 : Receiver will also receive a notification SMS.

 

STEP 5 : Receiver can then cash out money at any moneyMe merchants nationwide. Funds will be received immediately over the counter.

 
 

How to do Cash-In?

moneyMe merchant will execute transactional cash-in for the subscribers. moneyMe subscribers are only required to provide their mobile phone numbers and the value of money to the merchant. Upon successful cash-in by merchant, subscribers will receive the following SMS message:

STEP 2 : SEND to : 32332
 

STEP 3 : Upon successful remittance, sender will receive a confirmation SMS.

Example: SMS from remitting in Ringgit Malaysia

 

STEP 4 : To confirm transaction, type the following command and send to 32332.

Y<space><PIN>

*Subscriber is allowed to cancel the remittance by rejecting the transaction The transaction will then be rolled back and recorded as failed*

 
STEP 5 : Sender will receive a processing sms.
 

STEP 6 : Sender will receive a final confirmation sms upon successful remittance.

 

STEP 7 : Beneficiary in Indonesia will receive the following SMS.

 
    STEP 8 : Receiver to cash out money at any post office in Indonesia nationwide that display "WESEL POS ONLINE". Receiver are required to show SMS as proof as well as identification card (or passport) during cash out.

Account Status

Account Status

Description

Not Registered

The user has no access to the system. The user needs to register with moneyMe in order to use the services.

Not Registered but Active The user has interaction with moneyMe but has not register as moneyMe
Registered and Active The user has registered and an active wallet in moneyMe. The user has access to the system.
Registered and Stop The user has registered but the wallet has been stopped. No outgoing transaction can be done on the account but it can still accept incoming transaction.
Registered and Suspend The user has registered but the account has been suspended. No incoming and outgoing transactions can be done on the account.
Registered and Frozen The user has registered but the account has been frozen. No incoming and outgoing transactions can be done on the account.
Deregistered The user has no access to the system. The user will be treated as Not Registered and needs to re-register. A new account will be created for the new user. Account that has been deregistered cannot be activated.
