Tan Sri Ahmad Mohd Don, whom is appointed as
the Chairman of COM2U Sdn. Bhd will be responsible in
advisory role of managing financial risk, financial
compliance and remittance related process.
Tan Sri Ahmad Mohd Don is a summa cum laude graduate in
Economics and Business from University of Wales,
Aberystwyth, United Kingdom. He is also a Fellow of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified
Public Accountant |

Chief Executive Officer: Eugene Loke Ming Tzi
Eugene Loke is the founder and Chief
Executive Officer of
COM2U Sdn. Bhd. He is responsible for managing all
aspects of the day-to-day operations of the
company
including marketing, strategic alliance, customer
service, product development and the engineering
functions within COM2U overall business strategies. He
is also the key driver of mobile commerce strategy.
Eugene holds a bachelor¨s degree in Information Technology from
the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. |

Director (Merchants & Alliances): Winston Loke Ming Li
Winston Loke is the Director of COM2U Sdn. Bhd. He is
responsible for merchant recruitment and alliances for both
local and overseas market. He is also responsible for
developing new product and seeking new businesses.
He holds a graduate
diploma in marketing management and a graduate diploma
in Information Technology. |

Director (Product Marketing) : Jerry Loke Ming Tao
Jerry Loke is the Director of COM2U Sdn. Bhd. He is currently given the task to lead the entire
product marketing team for Com2U. In his role, Jerry oversees the
end-to-end management of services creation. This
includes joint responsibility with the sales team to
drive revenues. Jerry is also responsible for strategic
direction and management of brand, product and
marketing. |
