1. What is moneyMe?    
  moneyMe is an innovative mobile commerce service which is reliable and easily available for consumers to deliver monetary value for purchases and to conduct domestic and international remittance via SMS.
   
2 Who can use moneyMe?   
  Available to all subscribers of Maxis, Digi & Celcom (Prepaid & Postpaid).
   
3. When can I use moneyMe? 
  You can use moneyMe immediately after registering. You are required to do registration only once.  No   subscription and registration fees.
   
4. What services are currently available?
  Our first service is the remittance service from Malaysia to Indonesia. We have also launched topMe - Indonesia Airtime Reload.
   
5. Which country can I remit to?  
  Currently Indonesia. More countries shall be made available soon.
   
6. Where can I do Cash-In?  
  You can do cash-in via moneyMe merchants nationwide.   
   
7. How to do Cash-In?
  All you have to do is provide your mobile phone number and the value of money at the counter. Upon successful cash-in you will receive a message via SMS.
   
8. What is the maximum amount that I can cash-in my moneyMe wallet?      
  You can cash-in a maximum of RM1,500 in your moneyMe wallet at any one time but it is unlimited per day.
   
9. Where can I do Cash-Out?
  For international remittance to Indonesia, beneficiary can cash out money at more than 4,700 post offices that have Wesel Pos Online service.  During cash out, beneficiary is required to produce their identity card and also the SMS with NTP and PIN as proof.

Remittance direct to bank accounts is now available at the 13 banks in Indonesia: Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Central Asia, Bank Negara Indonesia and etc.

   
10. What is the maximum amount that I can remit? 
  For international remittance, limit is up to RM1,500 per transaction. Daily outward transaction limit per subscriber is RM50,000.

For domestic remittance, the limit is RM1,500 per transaction.

   
12. How long will it take to remit money to beneficiary?       
  Remittance is as fast as the speed of SMS - it is instant. However transaction depends on the aerial coverage of the telecommunication service provider and the difference of time zone.
   
13. What is the exchange rate? (RM to Rupiah) 
  The exchange rate for remittance is based on the indicative rate on the day.
   
14. What are the fees charged to beneficiary?
  There are no hidden charges imposed to the person who receives the money.
   
15. What happens if my beneficiary did not cash out money?  
  Your remittance will be in moneyMe wallet if there is no collection by beneficiary.
   
16. What happens if I change my mobile number?   
  You will need to call us at 603 7726 8240 to change details.
   
17. What happens to my moneyMe wallet if I lose my mobile phone?
  It will not affect your moneyMe wallet. The wallet is protected by Personal Identification Number (PIN).  All you have to do is call our customer service line to suspend the account.
